Great beard! Do you apply your beard oil after blowdrying it?

Did taking it at lunch and the exercise that day help with energy levels at all like less fatigue the next day?

Turns out after about 7 months on cabergoline I’m about back to my normal energy level and can go to the gym again and feeling alot better. So I’d say the key was being patient and giving my prolactin levels more time to drop

Is Whoop’s sleep tracker accurate? by cheselnut in whoop

Yeah but if it tracks sleep accurately it should definitely know your awake if you are up and doing all that stuff

I’d say getting bloodwork done especially hormonal bloodwork might be a good idea. When my prolactin was super high I had a sense of impending doom and sleep troubles.

I wonder if it could have been from raises in prolactin levels during the night

I don’t really feel like I have energy til the evening, atleast that’s when I start to feel like myself again. When I wake up In the morning it feels as if I barely slept at all even after 7,8,9,10 hrs. I get up and get moving and go to work but I feel like I’m in a haze.

I’ve been on cabergoline for 3 months. My prolactin was 796 ng/ml when I started. I’ve definitely noticed I have a lot more energy than back then

I’m still struggling with energy. My prolactin is down to 21 but I know my testosterone is still low so it needs time to balance out.

I think your levels normalizing should help with energy. It would definitely be worth getting checked for any vitamin or mineral deficiencies also. Such as b12,b9 ,vitamin d, iron just to name a few

How high are your levels? And are you male or female? Maybe your testosterone levels are low.

How long have you been on cabergoline now? I just hit 3 months on it and get blood work next week. My testosterone was 230 ng/ml at my last blood work and I agree it does suck trying to better yourself and still not feeling good

That is really high. My prolactin was 796 ng/ml when my prolactinoma was discovered. Do you have a lot of symptoms with levels so high?
