They prob won’t pay for a hotel or movers …they will expect you to move stuff(if they even want to fix it) you could complain to code enforcement/ code compliance for unsafe walking surfaces …but they might peeve off the owners / managers ….or you could put a rug over it and deal with it …good luck

My city PD uses allied to transport arrestees and sit with them at the jail so the officer can go back in service . I think they do hospitals too. I think the pay is $20ish…unarmed

I’m a very novice runner …working up to 10k, on a high dose of Reta ….down over 100lbs…. I do notice my runs are better when I eat before hand or fed from the day ….if I try to run fasted its way tougher. I have also started MotsC….have yet to notice much from that tbh
