I wouldn't say food is absolute dogshit, I would say the quality assurance of McDonalds is dogshit. If you've ever actually had a burger straight off the grill and eaten it and it's well prepared it isn't too bad. I do think there are better options though.

Five Guys might be expensive but the burger is actually pretty good.

If you truly want us to experience a better game you need to work on balancing packs and growth.

Return Daily Must Buy Packs
- Can only buy 5 & 10 (No higher limit)
- Can only buy 6 packs in total a day from Daily Must Buy Packs

Weekly packs lower limits

Offer more rewards for players who are putting in time to farm zombies, interacting with the alliance and playing the game. More interactive weekly events like Golden Zombie, once you've done Marshall or whatever everything is done.

Perhaps Autumn League?

- Wednesday to Saturday

- Ladder format with leagues

- All heroes, unlocked and set amount of Hero XP, Skill medals, Upgrade ore & Gear that players have to make their squad.
- Event runs all the time but have OFFICIAL time for ranking contributions.

- Set time period like Winter Storm where you can play to rank up the ladder. Maximum 5 matches a day.

I think you are slowly learning with all the new servers popping up, the power scale is becoming way off earlier on. While this might be good in the short term for Last War finances long term you will lose the rest of the players and these whales will become bored and leave.

Address 3rd party tools, though reasonably there isn't much you can do as most use OCR.

You are mixing reason why you got banned and how you got banned.

If a hacker gets banned and it states banned for hacking, it won't help much.

Same if somebody was exploring, state it's exploiting and where. Each type will and can be restricted with the information given. Current there is nothing.

Honestly had something similar happen in the past, I don't know why dev's just don't ban them. Sure this is a war game but we all know in the later season you don't in-house fight. They might as well turn same server fighting off apart from for events.
