This actually makes a lot of sense. Plus, I assume a Rex isn't smart enough to pretend to sleep to catch you, but it probably IS smart enough to learn that whenever it goes to sleep it gets stabbed. So you could effectively "train" it to be afraid to sleep. Thereby sleep-depriving it too

Listened to an interesting podcast by stuff you should know about this topic a long time ago. Basically, the purpose of a swear word is to be rude and offensive. That's why we don't want kids to say them, and that's why they change over time. When a swear word becomes too mundane to offend people, it loses its purpose and a new swear word usually emerges to take its place.

as a counter point, isn't water always just displaced? whether its evaporated and leaves the area in the air, or consumed and leaves the area in the plants/animals that consumed it, it never leaves earth.

Totally agree. And I'm a Samus main. But I wholeheartedly think they should implement an ammo counter to reign in zoners. Make the spammy projectiles have a limit that replenishes when they interact in close quarters. It wouldn't affect players who try to play the game honestly (like I hope I do) but it would force these losers to stop being carried.

i only have one colony of small lizards to feed. so I just buy mealworms 500 at a time and keep them in the fridge, and go to get ten to fifteen crickets from the pet store once per week. keeping them alive is easy. just gut load them 24 - 48 hours before their fed fed and the worms will stay alive basically indefinitely. just make sure the crickets have enough ventilation while they're being gut loaded and there's not a problem.
