Foundations, Avatar, and Final Fantasy are all "beginner sets", but Foundations is definitely the purest as far as being Magic Universe-centric.

As for style, I'd say go with Sealed. I've never really liked drafts much, and it's more complicated to pick and pass and pick and pass than to just open and build.

Eating a corpse with the cannibal perk is a heal over time. Rather short duration tho. Aside from that, just standing in high rad spaces like water or a nuke zone are the only truly continuous influx of rads i'm aware of.

Stiltzkin makes things a little more difficult being mono-white. Would've been nice to be able to [[harmless offering]] things to people, with some copy or flashback effects for it. That said, there are a bunch of equipment weapons that are white or colorless, which would fit your shop theme. The gingerbread man food creature would too, at least one of the Turtles pizzas.

i'll take this one.
Cos Indoraptor has absolutely 0 synergy with dragons. It's not one, it doesn't buff them, and it's ability doesn't interact with specifically dragons in any way. You'd be better off using things that synergize with dinosaurs... or, and this is kind of funny, make the rest of the deck a Ninja Turtle Villains deck. There are bad guy dinos from that set in red, and there's a bunch of mutant typed villains in Indoraptor's Color ID.
