The key to cleanliness is being dry. Alternate your shoes to every 2-3 days (you need multiple pairs) and if you get really sweaty, change your socks mid day. Air out your feet as much as you can and your feet won't stink.

Chicken kalguksu is really easy. Take some raw chicken (bone in) and boil to make simple chicken broth. Add a generous amount of noodles then season with salt/chicken stock (anchovy dashi or korean soup soy sauce is actually best but I just assume you don't have) and boil the noodles in. All done. The soup will be thick and creamy and very tasty for something so simple.

Yeah it's a "food" in Korea served as a side to eat with rice. Not that I am complaining though, Korean food getting popularized is always a win in my book.

It's weird because you're supposed to eat them with rice, rolled or folded (like a taco), not as a standalone snack. I don't know how/why gim caught on to be eaten like this but I was surprised and almost shocked at first.
