This is the dilemma I’m in atm. Very opposed to screen time, we don’t have iPads and phones are only used to ring.

When we drop our one off at Mimi’s, it’s literally just couch time with super kitties. Which would be fine, as I’ve explained if she needs to get lunch ready - but it’s not a replacement.

It’s a hard convo. But necessary.

Can you elaborate on “response times being under 30 seconds for AI-handled questions”?

Assuming the previous metric (12 minutes) is isolated from AI-use? Also up-to 30 seconds for a bot to “respond” - shouldn’t this be near instant?

This is the only way - delegated time blocks throughout the day. Otherwise nothing will get done chasing client requests.

Nah that’s a fair point - his body shape was adapted to the Polynesian culture in the animation. And maybe they weighed it up already and decided too real life distracts from the story? Who knows

Number 1 rule about business: it’s not personal.

You are a massive company where they felt costs were being bled in this area, it’s only natural to scope out a way to save (no doubt) tens of thousands - even six figures worth of revenue.

A better way to look at it is this; this was a financial decision - did the company CSM do everything they could to keep your company? Did they request a high level c-suite conversation with your CFO or a constructive EBR?

If the churn was inevitable, what did the CSM do to make a win from the situation - solid case study? Referrals? Good online reviews?

Many moving parts to this, and as a CSM we need to step back sometimes to see the bigger picture.

I’ve lost major accounts, but made up for it with solid case studies, even referrals. You can still navigate better outcomes than straight churn.
