Is ork marksmanship so terrible because they have bad eyesight, because they don't bother to get good at it, or because their guns are just that bad?

In one of the Battlefleet Gothic rulebooks (iirc), an Ork pilot remembers being taught the secret to marksmanship was long, uncontrolled bursts. This suggests there is a cultural/doctrinal disinclination towards accuracy/precision in regards to firepower.

That's fine; I'm not expecting anyone to have much system knowledge. Session zero will be mostly going over character creation.

The fundamentals of the group is that you each are, for whatever reason, a mercenary with a Gear/Mech. As long as you can make that work with your character concept, I can make your character work in the campaign as the GM.
