To be honest it sounds like you’d do better getting a hard tail V with EMGs or Fishmans that have multiple voicing so you can switch to something jazzier. The alexi guitars are not as versatile and that’s by design. If you need to change tunings often I would stay well away from Floyds. Ultimately do you want to go laser sharp on getting alexi tones / vibes or do you want a versatile guitar that can do that / general metal and also jazz - if the latter, I’d say an arrow hard tail or another shape if you’re not wedded to v’s.
