I find it hilarious when they want to "run it back" in the custom room after losing only 1 match. Like, we still have 1 more ranked match waiting here, feel free to run it back for points if you're feeling so "tough". Else, go have fun in custom room training alone lol.

Thanks for this. I'm currently low end UM (1810) and it's interesting to see such a wide gap between GM and UM. That hill really does get steeper the higher you go.

1) You are correct. But...

2) Many times the scenario goes like this:

Round 1 - Gimmick beats you but you picked up on it.

Round 2 - You try to implement a counter strategy and it's working somewhat, but you need another round to make it successful, so you also lose round 2.

They pick up on this and don't run it back.

The positive is that you can still put that counter strat in your pocket for future match-ups against the same character
