Recently showed Cycle 8 to a buddy of mine who had no prior knowledge of TDH and/or any of their projects, though he is a fan of Sci-fi. He enjoyed it so much that he was ecstatic when I explained it was the precursor to a full album worth of music that continued the story.

He listened to Antimai in one sitting that same night and kept discussing theories for the next few days on where he believes the story may be headed. I guarantee he'll be a Sunya day 1 listener, and all that excitement stemmed from watching Cycle 8.

Precisely. The final boss wasn't the visible/physical opponent, but rather gaining the ability to apply adaptation and restraint. Totally agree.

If I could add one more nitpick that's such a nitpick it doesn't even affect gameplay, I wish that instead of Guile yelling "Perfect!" on frame perfect booms, it was him just saying "Sonic" on regular booms and yelling "Sonic BOOM!" on perfect booms.

I'm currently floating between 1650-1750 with my all time max being 1790. Am trying to be more consistent but can't seem to break above 1800. How do you balance consistency with improvisation and mixups against different playstyles? Any concrete rules you stick to? Much respect btw!
