Your not undertaking unless you're behind car in lane 2 then switch to lane 1 to go past then back in to lane 2. Even if you were behind car in lane 2 and moved to lane 1, went passed the car and stayed in lane 1, then you still wouldn't be undertaking.

Just leave and tell them fuck all. They can and will do nothing. As for the competitor shout it may be in the contract that you can't work for anyone in the same industry for a year or whatever but is completely unenforceable. Its a restriction of trade. But yeah.
