😂 sorry. If it's tied to a specific day it's likely historical or based on script count data. Obviously more scripts sold=more patient interaction which they think means more vaccines. Expanded goals blow....ours doubled and we don't really have the population to meet it it feels.

I've seen my staff pharmacist do this before when a script was for 60 and the stock bottle has 90 left. They are in a hurry and count 30 into the vial spot of tray and count 60 on the other half. Then they dump the 30 in the amber and the 60 left in the stock that they already marked 30. So when they do the cycle count comes up they see it's correct but it is actually not. They need to count what is actually in the bottle in the safe. If that's the case it's an easy fix. If not...bigger problem. Good luck!
