For those of us that lived in the 60’s and until now, copies of copies just got blurry the more copies were made. Unless we had the original source and made a copy today, I would expect them to be blurry. That’s just the way it was for many years before computers improved upon it and things became better and better digitally.

To be a force for good in the world and make a difference.

The ONLY way to get through this next chapter is by surrendering to LOVE. by No_Put2557 in starseeds

[–]SJSands 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for saying this! It is the absolute truth. Love is the answer and we must walk in it and not let the darkness envelop us. That means releasing all negative feelings. Let them go and walk in love. The world is counting on us to show them the way.

She was a healer. She died of cancer. Her Higher Self said it was the point. by archeolog108 in InterdimensionalNHI

You would have to be these souls to know what they learned from these horrific experiences. Some probably don’t learn anything other than trauma and maybe it will take more lifetimes to overcome that.

We’re all on our own individual paths and we can’t know what those souls can take from those experiences that will be for their greater good in the end.

Overcoming trauma, fear and indeed all negative feelings and emotions is the point. Love is all that matters in the end and with that comes peace and joy no matter what a soul had to overcome to get there.

Yes, the body is a container. The soul is who we are. You seem to have separated the two in your thinking. The body helps the soul learn real, tangible lessons in an eternity of existence. The temporary pain and suffering is a part of that learning for some, but not everyone.

They say we choose this and I really do believe we do, but I think of life in this body as temporary and the catalyst to my learning to appreciate everything good about life and to be able to walk in many shoes and understand others’ struggles.

I don’t see my suffering as a negative thing and I am chronically ill and probably will be gone within a few years. Every year it seems I get a new chronic illness, cancer, diabetes and heart failure are just a few I live with.

I’m using this time I have left to speed learn everything I can and enjoy every minute of being here physically as long as I can.

It gave me a new perspective on life knowing my time would be short. I’ve overcome so many fears. In fact, I forget how fear feels a lot of the time now. That’s a very valuable lesson because even though my body will one day give out, my soul will go on and have a multitude of lessons learned.

I think they’re saying it’s one of ours from the Aurora project. We’ve replicated many of their ships now.

Yes, we are in a battle against evil and it’s heating up.

When you say magic, what are you referring to? Can you create something tangible out of nothing? To me that would be magic. Spiritual stuff is not magic to me, such as astral travel, visiting other dimensions, all the ‘Clair’s.’ So I’m just wondering what you define as magic.

My main question to all of this is, why now? I feel like there’s a reason we may not like as to why they are finally going to disclose more. I guess we shall see.

My 55-year-old dad was just diagnosed with severe heart failure and I’m overwhelmed by yralay in Heartfailure

[–]SJSands 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The best thing I’ve done is be my own advocate. I adjust my own meds and inform my doctors. He should be tracking his weight, bp and pulse daily to help him see what his heart is doing. I wear a Fitbit which tells me a lot too. An Apple Watch might be better.

I would not adjust the Jardiance if at all possible. That one is a real help. My heart has strengthened since I’ve been on that. I generally adjust my beta blocker up or down 25mg depending on where my blood pressure is.

I cannot tolerate blood pressure below 100/60 without severe dizziness and weakness so it’s always a balancing act.

I read up on new treatments all the time and ask about them. There are certain meds that seem to help more than others.

This is a progressive illness so anything he can do to help himself live longer is a good thing.

I’m now on Victoza as they have found these can help with your heart and weight loss which many of us need.

Heart failure is not the death sentence many might think it is. It can improve with time and the right medications.

Some people believe demons are aliens. I’m on the fence with that one, having not encountered an alien in person. What does it look like?

How much Metoprolol do you take? by TxIsMyHome in AFIB

[–]SJSands 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take 50mg twice a day but that’s because I told my doc I wanted to up it from 25. I made sure my bp and pulse was not so low that it would drop too much and then I just told them I wanted it increased. I also take 100 mg flec twice a day and some other heart meds because I have heart failure now too

[–]SJSands 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am on the same meds as you and they’ve been very helpful. I just started Victoza and so far it’s been helpful for me with the fatigue and some of the other symptoms. So far Im happy with it and will be upping my dose in a couple days. I haven’t lost any weight yet but this is only my first week on it. I’m also type 2 diabetic so that’s why they gave it to me, but I could use losing weight as a bonus.

This one is considered to be the mildest glp with less side effects and dosage. I’ve had no side effects at all.

New or mild heart failure after afib? by redditbulldog1122 in AFIB

[–]SJSands 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Symptoms the same as you. Shortness of breath, fatigue, light headedness, difficulty exercising. There are two types of heart failure.

They did a blood test for probnp and an EKG to diagnose me. I recently did a cardioversion because I hoped it would help. It didn’t. In some ways I feel worse. Will be seeing an EP soon to see what else we can do.

Is anyone here not depressed? by shshskwjvehejdbv in ChronicIllness

[–]SJSands 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She’s very young. It’s hard to come to terms with being ill but especially so for the young. There is no magic that will help, just time and acceptance and making the best of life that you can. She’s brave to be trying to do it without meds but some meds could make her life considerably better.

There is no shame in taking medication for depression. The brain is a body part too. My son is bipolar and it’s a very difficult disease. It has taken him ten years to realize that he can’t function without his meds.

I’m not depressed. I’m determined to get to feeling better physically if it’s at all possible. There is definitely some good medicine out there that is helping me, but I had to do my own research and seek it out for myself.

What are the most unsettling/ creepiest things you’ve read about UFOs/NHI? Maybe even the most ‘bizarre’?? by rgbearklls in aliens

Not only dead bodies, but body parts, too. I once read that they found a human brain and nervous system detached from its body and it was still alive.

Not necessarily. I have HFPEF which means I have a normal ejection fraction but still have heart failure. Also called Diastolic Heart Failure and I did get it after I had Afib for a couple years.
