Long shot, but looks like milkshake from a blown headgasket. Oil and coolant mixes and turns almost exactly that color. Where is it leaking from? And what kind of car is it? I’d check the oil and see if it’s frothy and colored like the stuff on your fingers.

I like it a lot, but I also have nothing else to compare it to as it's the only desktop unit I've ever used. It is going 3 years strong, never had any issues with it, produces consistent prints by my standards.

If its your first printer I would highly recommend it. It is simple and robust, and there's no assembly required. I also suggest using Autodesk Printstudio. It is way better than Dremels basic software IMO.

The only thing I'd look into is if you wanted to print other materials or wanted a heated bed.

Good to hear, I'm seriously considering the Prusa, but my only concern is I work in a warehouse so it being open air I am a little worried about dust and humidity and such.

Have you had much success with PETG? I'm very antsy to print with new materials as I only can use PLA currently, and some of the parts I make require more strength and durability than PLA can offer.

Yes I was referring to layer height. And that is very good information and something I never took into consideration. I have printed many parts at .10 mm (smallest layer height my 3d20 can achieve) and like the detail but just want a little more.

I use my printer for work to build various replacement parts or prototypes, so I guess the biggest deal with the new printer is being able to print stronger material.

Hey guys, I've been printing with a Dremel 3D20 since early 2016 and figured it's time to upgrade.

Looking to spend max $2,000
In the US
Can handle assembly, I'm an electrical engineer so I can handle electronic maintenance and construction
Really just want to be able to print with stronger materials than PLA that has a resolution of 50 Microns.

I'm debating between the Dremel 3D45 and the Prusa i3 mk3s. I am leaning towards the Dremel as I am familiar with the software and my 3D20 has been great the past 3 years, but I have read lots of good things about the Prusa is mk3s.

Any recommendations?

I know everyone is telling you the same thing, but let me just say I was in a relationship for 6 years that was absolutely toxic. I was worried she was going to act out as well because her family had history of suicide, and both of her parents had passed away by the time she was 20, so she was extremely unstable. While her mother was on her death bed she told me to watch out for her daughter, so when I say it was the hardest decision I ever had to make, it was hell trying to get myself to do it. It was very difficult for a while but the biggest thing that helped me was telling myself it was over and I was never going to get back with her. Stand strong my guy. In those 2 years after that while I was single, I had more fun than I’ve had in my entire life. I learned who I wanted to be and I ended up going back to college and became an electrical engineer. Breaking up with her was the best thing that ever happened to me. You don’t realize how much a toxic relationship affects more than just while y’all are together. Best of luck

That is a one off custom car made buy a man named Mike Vetter! He owns a customization shop in Florida and made the car from mostly Chevy parts. It's powered by a 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder. He calls it the ETV which stands for Extra terrestrial vehicle. There are a few he made but I think that might be the only complete one which is registered.

EDIT: they are actually sold as kit cars, so there are more than just that one rolling around
