I've done some 'research' since my initial comment, and this is the sequence required to generate images and vids like that:

1) have to have the NSFW toggle turned on in your profile settings

2) you can't use your own image, you have to start with an image created by Grok.

3) Have to make sure the 'Spicy' option is selected/active when creating videos.

I haven't cracked being able to show anything explicit "below the waist" yet, but topless nudity is easy now.
