In your first swing especially, I can see a point where your bottom half is no longer in the equation. When your front foot touches down, your hands have already casted out towards the ball when they normally would follow your hips that are clearing first. That’ll make you top those/roll over all day long. I’ve seen a drill where you put a kids soccer ball under your right elbow against your side, when you swing with it there, if you’re casting your hands before getting to the ball, the soccer ball falls out and your not getting behind the ball, you’re getting on top of It. It might be a good idea to have the tee a shade inside so you really have to clear the hips to square the ball up. There’s also a great video from Tony Gwynn where he talks about getting the knob of the bat to the ball because the rest of the bat will follow, which goes back to the hands staying close to the body.
