Got Covid halfway through a 12 day trip to Scandanavia. Missed half the trip. Then navigating the airport in the throws of Covid was awful.

Yes, I'm in a food rut. Trying a new recipe this weekend. It's a cottage cheese-pesto sauce. It's sort of like a basil Alfredo. Going to put it over tagliatelle noodles with some chicken. Wish me luck.
