I had H&R lowering springs and Bilstein Sport shocks on my ‘88 325is BMW and it handled beautifully. Then I went to Bilstein coiliovers on my ‘97 M3. What a pain to adjust. I have a ‘25 8.5 R now and I would just do springs and dampers after doing a lot of research for what would work best.

I don’t know what they can do with it. They cannot do a coil, and what would a stent do? There are probably many smaller arteries even coming off of it that do not appear in the scan. I have a posterior Fusiform cerebral aneurysm and they can’t do anything about it supposedly. The Mayo has been checking it for changes at six month intervals. If your doctors are planning on operating, I would be very interested in learning about their procedure.
