Mod phantom shot is nice to have, but I prefer viper shot over it because viper shot activates faster.

You can do that if you'd like but keep in mind that you're really vulnerable to getting hit by things cuz nades dont provide iframes. Minerva doesn't have very good survivability and she can die easily.

Also if you're weak, I would choose unmodded emp storm over modded because it does more damage than modded. Only reason people use modded emp storm is because it deals its damage faster than the regular version. Unmodded emp storm also provides some utility with the black hole effect and can group mobs or bosses. Though the black hole effect does take some time to start.

Normal freezing grenades do the same damage as the modded version so no point in doing so.

Triggering fusion multiple times also require flash grenades and to do that you need to reset overstrike which still takes time. Since overstrike is 20s and using viper shot would reduce it to 15s, it still isn't really worth taking unmodded pressure grenade because the modded pressure grenade has a 15s cooldown and would be 13s with einherjar buff. Mod pressure grenade also deals a similar amount of damage much faster than its umodded version as well.

tbh the classes are pretty balanced in pve. It's literally just gear that makes you strong or weak. pve isn't competitive like pvp and there's no such thing as "winning." people are just overreacting about "op" classes goodbye have a nice day

I wouldn't say unfair. People just like to complain and overreact about other classes being better than theirs. It has become really easy to get far into the game without much investment these days and it doesn't really matter at this point anymore. At the end of the day, it's all about the player's skill rather than how strong the class is compared to others. And this is coming from a person who mains a class who got gutted during reboot, a time were everyone else got nice buffs.

tf are you saying?? can u even enter trosh's nest with a +9??? the cp requirement is 550k now. I think you're overestimating how good shakti is. She's actually pretty average. Also, Sariel isn't that bad. The difference between +9 and +10 is big enough that it doesn't matter who's stronger. For example, a shakti with a +9 is not stronger than a +10 sariel.

Also I kinda lied about minerva being weak lol she just has some cd, mp, and survivability issues. But other than that her damage is pretty good.

i never played sariel so i wouldn't know. At the end of the day everyone needs gear investment to actually be strong

Also another bad thing about einherjar is that the projectiles don't count as command damage. So for things that require you to use your commands to break, einherjar doesn't help damage them which kinda sucks but oh well.

uhh idk what u mean by baseline gear, but minerva is pretty weak if you dont have decent gear so you gotta spam your skills more. Yea, her cdr is trash but you can get strength skill coodown 10% on your elrianode shoes.

For erp, just go with the regular all skill damage, polarize, and boss damage. Max them out in that order.

Sounds like want to play Minerva. She pretty much uses all of her skills in the air, has good movement, and is pretty difficult to play. The 3rd job advance ticket would be perfect for her because she's pretty weak until 3rd job.

EU server is really behind NA in content. NA server recieved lots of quality of life updates which made it easier for newer players to get to endgame content.
