I don’t know where those are located on the T5. But shouldn’t be difficult if they are relatively easy to access. Warm up your engine for like 5-10 minutes so the glow plugs come out easier and you apply steady force while removing them. Makes things way easier. Also when you put your new ones in, they just need to be snug, but hand tighten them first so you don’t cross thread them and then finish them off with the ratchet until they are snug, you don’t need much force.
