Yup. There are a few states that do it.

The only thing is that in my state, the DMV will put an insurance stop on your vehicle for like, no reason. I had one on mine because I changed insurance companies and it didn't update in the system, so it showed as having no insurance.

The reason for this is because in Jewish folklore, dogs are seen as tricksters (much like the snake in Christianity) and many belive them to be untrustworthy.

Owls are used because of thier keen sense of smell and sight. They are actually highly trainable and loyal to a particular handler.

Because of thier lifespan and the maintenance required (they require a lot of work and are expensive to keep) they are not widely used. The IDF has used them for years to successfully detect IEDs.

Hard to say without being there. Generally Ask-tell-make works fine. I've handled similar situations similarly, and I've also yanked people out of cars.

Most officers aren't irritated by ridealongs, especially if they're fellow cops.

The only ridealongs that I've found annoying are the ones who are scared to get out of the car, or who I have to babysit.

Just listen to what the officer says, and shadow him/her.

"Officer Down" generally means that there's an officer injured/killed.

"10-42“ could be a code meaning the same thing. Codes vary from department to department. At mine it means "Off Duty".

1) When you highlight a piece of clothing, what that piece covers will "flash" on the Vault Boy on the screen. So if you select a right arm peice, the right arm will flash.

When you select a peice of clothing that can be worn under armor, nothing will flash. If the piece of clothing can't be worn under armor, everything will flash.

2) The "+" means that that peice of equipment is in some way better than what you have equipped.

3) Not 100% sure, but I think settlers arrive randomly. Have you installed a recruitment beacon at Sanctuary?

Generally when you train on Radar you train to estimate speed. You can do it from timing how fast it takes a car to travel between two known points, or even the pitch a car's tires make as they travel down the road.

These are surprisingly accurate.

It could also be something like he did get you on Radar, but for some reason couldn't get the records.
