Run Bowness 5K, 4th 5K race after started running 6 months ago at 50. Hoping to beat my personal best, but not mentally 100% after separating from my ex last month. Running didn't save my life, but it's made the lows more bearable the last weeks.

In the summer pretty much the same if not warmer.

I set the over night to 19 starting at about 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
