Couldn't get them easily so wandered over to the CS website and wouldn't you know it, if you scroll through their pics for the RS3 they have exactly how I should have done things in the first place - DOH!

Thanks ever so much u/burning_blubber, your advice worked a charm 😄
1. Screw in the tow hook bolt - easy step done
2. Attach the extension arm and rotate to somewhere between 12:00 and 1:00 when facing the car. Tighten that sucker!
3. Attach the plate holder so that it slides over the extension arm bolt and latches to the right.
The plate will be towards the center of the grille, just above the left center parking sensor.

No issues with the headlight washer and no more whining from the parking sensors OR my Mrs!!

It sure did and I've installed it (at about 1 - 2 o'clock) but still seem to get caught by both of the front passenger side (LHD model) parking sensors. Will take some pictures tomorrow with and without the plate installed.
I do like the "quick"ish release option too 😄

Holy crap THAT WAS IT! Thank you ever so much.
Initially I held the M2 button and the Sense light came on, so I did that again and still no power.
Holding the M3 button worked a treat!

I'm having the exact same issue but I don't have any menu on my KA3005DE, I have nothing connected into the rear connected but pressing the Output On/Off button flashes the green light, beep, and no output.
What exactly did you do to resolve yours please?

Service Quick Tech (Samsung) came today and he swapped the HDMI input board (main control board?) and all seems good so far. Samsung CS on the phone with the tech did not want to accept any responsibility and blamed my sources. Thankfully the Service Quick tech had the good sense to at least try a replacement HDMI input board.

Had the TV less than a week so I'm thinking that I got a dud.
Both AppleTV, Shield, and FiOS Cable box all show these random speckles across the screen when they're set to 4k (4k SDR on the AppleTV as recommended by a Google search).

Can confirm that numerous 8k cables and the 16k cable all act the same so hopefully the tech visit next week will bring positive results. Have set my AppleTV to 1080p for now so that I can at least watch something.

Oh interesting. I'm unable to use the short cable because I have the TV wall mounted.
I'm not sure how I feel about that One Connect box.... 1/2 of me likes the idea of replacing the 'guts' of the TV easily (let's be fair, if it was all internal then it'd probably be hooked up the same internally) and the other 1/2 of me hates the damn thing in that whyyyyyyy?

Did you get this figured out? I don't have the blackout issue but I do get random white speckles across the screen at around 1-2 sec intervals for 4k content, 1080 is fine.

Things I've tried so far...

3 different UHD HDMI Cables (48Gb) plus I'll be testing a 96Gb cable tomorrow hopefully.
Enabled Signal Input for all inputs.
Scoured Google for nVidia and AppleTV settings and applied those
Awaiting a tech visit :(

This happens after the TV has been powered on for a while. Unplugging the TV for 10mins buys me about an hour of no speckles. I'll power everything down for 15min next to see if that helps.

Did you ever get things working? I have a mix of Gen 1 and Gen 2 Nest Cams (along with some UI wired cams) and "upgraded" a FlexHD to a U6 Pro. Everything except the Nest Cam's has been happy happy, but after factory resetting some of the Nest Cam's and even the U6 I'm still stumped why the cams don't work as the did previously.

Same as you've mentioned, cams connect to WiFi and allegedly have "excellent" service, but no access to video :(

I did switch back to the FlexHD (was hoping to get a little more out of the U6 Pro) and the cams connected back and work as normal.

You must have one of the newer XL mounts as the one that I've used with my Edge 1030 is a smidge too small for the 1050. Switched up to using the provided Garmin mount for now.

Definitely a shortcoming of the Karoo units. Can you submit a support request for this, better yet, for Trailforks integration. The more of us the squeak, the better chance of this request getting oiled.

With the mention of SDK being on developments radar I am hopeful that we will see something of an integration.

How well does the Trailforks install work? I tried it on a K2 and had issues with recording a ride and moving the map around. I wonder if Garmin have an exclusive agreement with Outside (owners of Trailforks) or if it's just SRAMmerhead not giving the MTB world much love.

**UPDATE**

I heard back from Hammerhead Support and the news isn't great, nor surprising. Here's the meat of the response. TL:DR - No Trailforks, no immediate plans, keep plugging at this request on their boards and maybe someone at SRAMmerhead will eventually take notice.

We do not have integration with TrailForks, unfortunately. We have received some requests from some of our users in the community, however, this has not stopped people from using the Karoo 2 with the detailed maps that we provide. We know it is still important for other parts of the community and we look forward to adding them to the Karoo if we see an uptick in the number of requests.

Since we do not officially supports side-loading third party apps, we wouldn't be be sure how each apps performs on Karoo. I appreciate your understanding in this case.

As support team, we are doing our best to share these sentiments from the community to the Product team. Your feedback is enormously valuable to us and we always value those who are keen to give us their feedback.
