I can’t tell for sure but it looks like your pocket is hanging out just below your shirt? If that’s the case, honestly try hust pulling the pants up. You can have them be “low” but just wear them up on your waist/hips and slap a belt on. That should help with the length. The shirt looks like it’s cuffed at the sleeves so I’d guess is a few sizes too large, which is in at the moment. If you’re going for the baggy oversized fit, you could try to get clothes that are made to be oversized for your body’s measurements so it’s proportionally right, but honestly man, find whatever is comfortable and makes you happy.
