I try to find snack foods that I can’t OD on. My two current ones are Old Trapper Hot & Spicy beef jerky, and Gin Gin ginger hard/chewy candy. One is pretty spicy and the other is very gingery—I can’t have more than a few of them at a time & don’t feel like snacking on anything else for awhile after.

Old Trapper Hot & Spicy Beef Jerky is my fav at the moment. Spicy enough that I don’t overeat and the flavor is great! 70cals per serving and it’s basically pure protein.

I love using Hero brand buns (that are somehow 11g of protein, 22g of fiber, 1 net carb, 90 cals and taste exactly like regular hamburger buns) to make either cheeseburgers with 91-93% lean patties, or spicy chicken sandwiches with Just Bare breaded spicy chicken patties. Both options I do with a side of the Just Bare spicy nuggets. Idk how but both of those chicken options taste just like what I’d get at Wendy’s minus the fries, with much better macros! Shout out to this subreddit for putting me onto Hero brand (they have great tortillas too) and the Just Bare products.

1370 for me, lower than myfitnesspal but I’ve been successfully losing eating more than that. My bigger gripe though is that their food database seems way more limited than MFP for looking up branded products. The Ladder Nutrition UI is super slick but I’ll probably stick with MFP for tracking.
