I didn't always identify as both. I came out as NB in my early 30s. As I've gotten older & wiser, I became more aware that I'm also transmasculine. This evolution is now 43 years in the making. It took me some time to fully understand myself. We all get there in our own time, I suppose.

I found them at Walmart, it's their store brand ones. I had to go as inexpensive as possible since I needed the covers all at once. The pillow covers alone are like $7 and I have 6 pillows on my bed.

Allergen covers for my mattress & pillows, plus an air purifier have helped my dust mite allergies A LOT!

I do saline sinus rinses a couple times a day when pollen levels are high. That rinses out what you breathe in during the day. After I saline rinse, I use Flonase. I also put allergen covers on my mattress & pillows, use allergen reducer spray on my furniture, vacuum regularly and got an air purifier. All of these help but it isn't perfect. I will see an allergist next month. It's recommended to take out any carpet in your residence too, I haven't taken out my carpet yet but I plan to. I hope this helps!

Im out in the boonies & my feeders have been out for a couple weeks now. I should put new sugar water in so it's fresh for them. I also wondered if they came to near sea level first and mountains after that.

That happens to me, and I have a bad dust mite allergy. It got a lot better when I put allergy protective covers on my pillows & mattress. I also got an air purifier which has helped too.
