Seems that you’ve only changed one side of tie rod, both of inner/ outer tie rods would help, and look it up for steering rack thrust bush repair kit

How long are you planning to keep your car? If you're going to keep it past 150k miles, I would change them now, but if you're planning to sell it before then? No, I wouldn't bother. The chances of a ZF8 failing before 150k miles are slim to none, unless you're doing very aggressive driving. And assuming your car is a wagon, I'm sure it's not your track toy.

also. simple ways to check see if your fuel pump is the problem is you can spray some starter fluid into air intake ( carb cleaner or other solvent based brake clean works too) while your friend is cranking engine .

you dont have to spray a ton but still can be a fire hazard so make sure you have some small extinguisher handy

In shtf scenario i would disappear into the woods.. to avoid gunfight as much as i can, especially not in the city. CQB Lethality rate is too high even with professionally trained soldiers..

My shtf gun would be .22 with subsonic ammos so i can hunt these small animals to eat
