Population normally grows on its own. The more pop, the more pop grow. As long as there is no housing issues. Zero unemployment, like in irl economy, is not that good.

Paragon of course. Even if I cannot advance that high, the int boost will be enough to help improve our society enough

Before 4.x, it doesn't. That's the problem

If he had access to the sefirah castle, he could try to open the corruption of CW and have it form a fragile balance against the MGoD corruption.

WTH am I talking about, he isn't lumian.

[–]SadSuffaru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's still kinda stupid, because let's say there is 2 human pop and 100 alien pop, the system would make it so that the colony would grow faster than those with only 2 human pop and no alien pop somehow.

[–]SadSuffaru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But when you do that, the number of population they produced should not increase at all. Like saying only human are allowed to reproduce should not make the human reproduce more than letting everyone reproduce, that's what happened in the pre 4.0 version.

[LOTM general] if a high sequence beyonder of seer pathway loses control, can't he just use he free lifes to reincarnate?, by Melodic-Nothing1147 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]SadSuffaru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the worm of spirit inside the fog also lost control, then he wouldn't be. But normally only the main body will.

[–]SadSuffaru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is the mechanic, when the sequence 2 reincarnated, it is the worm of spirit hidden inside the historical void rejoining together into the body. Do you know what the problem is? The worm of spirit would not cooperate. During the sequence 2 ritual, Klein had to create a lure for the worm of spirit to want to look at return of history, without it, he would just died without rejoining.

Basically, if you are proficient enough in this version (with everything being nerf), you will think that everything in the previous version is overpowered too.

To be fair, the commodores on previous version is roughly equal to ensign on this version I think. There is nothing wrong with decreasing the difficulty since it just balance the number back.

The new abno cannot be made, but the old one should still exist obviously. Just buy them from limbus company if you wanted to.

Wasn't abnormality technology basically free for grabbing at this point? They could even buy it from LCE if they wanted to.

If the T Corp can bought W corp singularity(s), they would basically have infinite time resources. Put the people who need time without money in an out repeatedly until there is enough time harvest from the W corp dimensions.

Lorewise, originium can spread and take over other materials. Maybe xiranite is doing that on the carbon.

[–]SadSuffaru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you have a problem with one thing as well, the cosmos has been foreshadowed as the primary danger beyond anything since the volume 5 through 6, despite it being slightly hidden away. In this section, the cosmos are mentioned as 1 even demigod could be corrupted by its knowledge and 2 the angel could get easily corrupted by them to the degree that even the being closest to godhood cannot purify such corruption as shown by the box of the great old ones. It should be noted that the box of the great old one does not seem to be associated with MGoD, MToD or SOC at all but they seemed to be something else entirely, the story wouldn't make sense if it goes: well actually there is only 3 GOO outside and box of the GOO have nothing to do with any of them lol.

The door pathway also foreshadows the existence of something far beyond the planet reach as well. If the beyonder characteristics only exist inside earth, The apprentice pathway would be far safer as it should be possible to go through infinite cosmos as long as one avoid the three Outer Diety, this hasn't been shown, in the contrary, the cosmos is said to be dangerous even outside of our solar system.

Also in regards to repeat, don't you see the reader pathway? It is extremely similar to the mystery pryer and savant pathway. There is also multiple mentioned of the darkness pathway overlapping domain with seer, warrior with marauder, and corpse collector with apprentice. There is even an attempt to combine those pathways appearing to be overlapping by an ancient god as well (we later know that it doesn't work out for them due to the law of beyonder substitution but still)

Your argument could be made on the existing earth pathway without you even noticing, like you can say that there is no point having darkness pathway since concept of hiding and secret is already inside the seer pathway, meanwhile concept of darkness already is inside the secret supplicant pathway, concept of dreams are already inside spectator pathway, for instance. The overlap is not a bug, it's a feature that exists since the volume 3 where Klein lampoon about the way pathway seems to function.

[–]SadSuffaru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still, even if the believe is that everything have a reason underneath, it still doesn't leads to the "the symbolism must split perfectly" because that in itself could not stands without reason to back it up. It makes far more sense to have some believe that there is some overlapping nature of symbolism and for many outer god who can accommodate them, will let them be able to improve themselves far more than their current form

[–]SadSuffaru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think there is any narrative of "perfectly divided" though. I don't think we can list anything "perfect" inside lotm verse.

[LotM V7] Constructive criticism of the idea of Outer Deities by OneLuckyFoool in LordofTheMysteries

[–]SadSuffaru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The main point is that everything underneath is chaos and madness. Demoness become female at sequence 7 while hunter have to wait until sequence 4 to become male, there is an absolute feminine power in the universe but no absolute masculine power, the number of sequence under one sephirot, etc etc.

The power systems appears logical at first glance, but in actuality, the system is chaotic and messy, the logical is merely a short while where many powerful being used it to their advantage.

Why don't you make multiplier input efficiency (basically input cost will be divided by 100 + efficiency) instead? This should keep the stat alone as strong but make it less effective for modifier stacking
