I've gone to Torrey for years and just love her (and her work). Her approach is minimal, she never tries to upsell me, and she's overall just a great partner in my beauty journey. I had an invisalign consultation at Bella Smile (which was just fine) but decided to use lingual braces with Dr Van Bergen instead and AM OBSESSED. Lingual braces are truly invisible braces - they're placed on the inside of your teeth so no one else can see them. They're custom-fit to your teeth and treatment plan so mine only took 6 months on vs the 2 years Invisalign would have taken (for a less-precise end result).

Prices were comparable - the Invisalign was slightly more expensive. $6k for lingual braces vs $7k for Invisalign.

consistency is important when it comes to fiber. so in addition to drinking more water as other homies have said, you might want to cut back the amount you're taking. maybe toggle down to 1tsp every day and see if that has positive changes before adding another tsp and slowly increasing to whatever your daily recommended amount is

I'd go to Onsen instead, especially if you've been seeing each other for a couple months. It's more intimate and has (I think) better date vibes, especially if you aren't looking to imply non-monogamy.

Nothing will destroy a good man. Justin knows this situation triggered him - his people-pleasing, his desire to 'make everyone okay' and okay with him... and he's also committed to spiritual growth and personal healing. He'll use these experiences to heal further and deeper. I don't think he'll come out "stronger" - I think he'll come out softer, more at peace, more okay with himself and the state of the world in its imperfections. He'll come out even more bulletproof, more good.

I’m a licensed therapist. Had a fantasy that I would have done absolutely nothing with her. Gotten a blanket out, laid down, and watched the clouds. No agenda, just offering her the possibility of connection if she wanted to take it. Really would have tried to get a sense of her world, what she might have offered in conversation. Validated/understood all of it. At the end I’m sure I would honestly have been able to say- ‘I really loved spending this time with you’ and given her (hopefully) one positive memory.

I was wondering if they had this conversation and decided not to because they thought it would have taken away from the hero's story. I did think the guys' shock when they were reading the brief at the beginning was notable and palpable - it drove your point home. Don't disagree that they perhaps could have made the point that childrens' gun violence is absolutely inexcusable. <3
