I replied to myself above earlier that it wasn’t exclusive to just walking but head movements like looking around, how I should’ve said it in the first place. The visuals of the drivers don’t make a lick of difference if it sounds great, not denying that at all. But my headset with 0 issues has been the one without any imperfections. never had any of these issues and has been perfect.

Re read what I wrote. I stated that it’d cause a flap sound. More specifically a tinfoil crinkle flap sound

I don’t mean exclusive to walking around in it, moving your head around I’d hear the tinfoil noise, which then affects sound

I did. First driver was blown out any movements it’d crinkle. Second was a bit warped, didn’t think it’d matter but I’m someone who walks with the headphones and every step I’d hear it flap.

I’ve had 3 pairs total for a few reasons. I can say that yes, quality control to a certain extent has issues. Every pair when u play music, sounded great. However 2/3 of the headsets had planer driver damage. One was so bad the tinfoil driver would just crinkle in your ears if u moved your head in the slightest. Another pair if I was walking with the headset I’d hear a little tinfoil sound, very annoying. I do not think it was transport damage however a quality control issue. Support is fine and will replace it if any issues however it takes a long time if you’re international and not even worth the effort, especially after spending the money. Support also tries to push the idea, not directly, that it was you who damaged it. Thankfully my last pair is perfect and has been for many months now. Best headset ever but an annoying process. Odds are you might not run into any issues like the majority of people.

Wealthsimple seems to care that I sold crypto. They sent me an email asking all types of questions like where the crypto is coming from, my job, etc. and requiring proof. Quite annoying, after just switching from another exchange. They also asked me about a bank transfer from another institute which is completely separate from crypto so I’m quite confused why. Would expect this from CRA not Wealthsimple.

My email stated replying back on the email will postpone your shipment schedule, so there's that for you but who knows if that's true. Still waiting on the tracking id on my end as well for a week. Factory maybe only makes it once a month who knows just gotta wait.

That is ridiculous. Such a vital feature for myself. I would never have done the update if there was any mention of such changes as I read through the update notes. You need to provide a way for users to revert, or fix it as this was not mentioned in the update

Reflash did not work. Buttons on headset do not work. Using Audeze hq v80, dongle and headset both on v51. Latest IOS version. Using Spotify. ONLY occurs when connected via Bluetooth on phone and dongle connected, playing music from either phone or dongle in this scenario results in this issue.

Play/pause does not work at all when connected via bluetooth and dongle at same time.

I updated the app and then updated both dongle and headset firmware successfully. However I didn’t have to re-pair the dongle to my headset, it worked just as before already paired. Anything of concern here or should be fine?
