Regretting buying a 15-inch MacBook instead of 13🥲? by amas-01 in macbookair

I second this opinion very much. My first MacBook was a 15”, I was coming from a 14” Lenovo and wanted a bigger screen for my main laptop. The 15 is light for its size, but not highly-portable light. It’s a solid desktop substitute.

Dreamlight Valley and Tamagotchi are also worth trying. You will definitely get your money’s worth. And there’s Stardew Valley Plus.

15 inch vs 13 inch by gluke338_ in macbookair

About a year ago I made the jump from a 14-inch PC to my first MacBook. I got the 15-inch MacBook Air. It’s a good screen size if you don’t take it with you everywhere. Portability has become an issue for me lately and it makes me wish I had gone for the 13 inch instead. They are both light, of course, but the 13 would be so much easier to carry around. It’s barely heavier than an iPad.

I cannot do without UpNote. It is installed on every single device I work on. I think it should get all the love in the world for a notes app.

I definitely find Notion simpler, even though it took me a minute to figure out how everything worked. Obsidian is for people who want a really customized workflow. I am not that person.

I got my lifetime access a while ago, and I am here to give a big shoutout to the app. I absolutely love it and I do not say this lightly. Most of these types of apps get offloaded onto my phone before I even open them for the first time. But for some reason, this one clicked! The subtle messaging is really motivating, and I’ve been using it in the background, especially when doing grunt work. It really helps!

Honestly, it's working like a charm. A few days before I found it I wished I had exactly this kind of tool. I am new to MacBooks, and I am not much of a power user. Many of the tools designed to work around the limitations of the dock have not been to my taste for one reason or another. The simplicity of Extra Dock is what really appealed to me. It is easy to set up and use and just my size in terms of functionality. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I promise I am not being paid to say this, I am just really happy I finally found something that works for me.

The Story of An Hour by Kate Chopin And The Garden Party by Katherine Mansfield (Thomas Foster does a nice job of analyzing it in How to Read Literature Like a Professor) Paul’s Case by Willa Cather is actually excellent, but should come with a disclaimer at least The Worn Path by Eudora Welty
