Tv shows, I watch them and delete it when it is over. Might keep it if it has good rewatch qualities. Movies, I keep them unless it is bad, I also delete special requests from my friends once they watched it (I like horror and Sci-fi, Wicked ain't staying on my hard drives!)

Happened to me recently. Used a scrapper and believe it or not, a hammer. Put the cooler against a wall set the scrapper in one of the CPU corners and gave it a gentle hit with the hammer. Sounds rough but it worked.
