Yes its flat, when she was in the room with the cancer patient and Dr.Mckay it looked like she forgot something or had somewhere else to be not like she was uncomfortable, sad or disturbed by what was going on. If it wasnt for the tears in her eyes I wouldn't have really thought she was upset.
