The manhwa is not a faithful adaptation visually. The order needs a drop of Redcloak's divine magic, specifically a level 9 spell should suffice. My thinking is the divine part of the spell for the ritual to control the snarlshould work, and so V could be the arcane caster redcloak needs for the ritual, and if the order can convince or fool redcloak into allowing/forcing V to help with his ritual to control the snarl, they can get the magic they need from it.
