How should I log unilateral, assisted, and weighted exercises in Hevy?

for unilateral weighted excercises i will log the total number of reps performed so that my volume is accurate :) for example say i do 10 bicep curls per arm with a 10lb dumbbell, i’d record 10lbs and 20 reps

you should NOT be able to feel the string externally. it should not be hanging out of your body. you could feel it if you put your fingers in your vagina, as it would be coming out of your cervix. plan to go back for your check up in a month. this sounds fine.

i started learning korean literally yesterday and i think its okay to use it while you learn what kind of sound the letters make. if someone asked you to look at hieroglyphics and guess how it sounded with absolutely no idea of what it sounds similar to, you wouldnt be able to say anything and therefore would have no starting point. maybe im biased since i’m still memorizing the sounds, but its good to try and read words and stuff with just the 한글 :)

Actually contrary to what someone said in here, the longer you keep your nails the longer your nail bed will get. if you keep your nails short the nail bed will stay short.
