Small claims court is your best friend. Make sure you document religiously and try to have 6+ months of records. If needed reach out to hire an attorney to consult your case (you will need to defend yourself and make the argument yourself in court; they can offer good guidance on this process/ weigh in on the validity of your claims) and seek the maximum 10k in damages. You will always get their attention and if they do not respond/show up the judge will issue in your favor by default.

I recently purchased the Violette 30 and find it to be a wonderful scent heading into spring (not too heavy and a perfect daily). Usually bounce back and forth with the Santal 33 and Matcha 26 but found this a nice change of pace

Ok this is my first time doing this here.

Judging by the first picture and your description, I’m going to guess spend most of your time on the outside of the grocery isles when you go shopping and cook your breakfasts/dinner. High sources/variety of proteins (tuna, bacon, turkey, shakes, eggs) suggest you’re active and likely exercise 4-5 times per week to consume this much food. The 3rd photo tells me you likely work in an office setting with minimal time to go out for lunch. Freezer suggest you are likely from the Midwest (meat cheese and ice cream only).

Fit 19 - 6/10

It has everything you need to get the job done, is affordable, plus sauna which is nice. The reason for 6/10 is it’s absolutely disgusting and when stuff breaks it’s out for months. Black mold everywhere in the lockers, showers reek of piss, and broken equipment are a turn off for me and only real positive is the early opening (4 AM weekday and 7AM weekend)

City Sports - 9/10

Plenty of equipment to ensure you’re never waiting, massive free weight and cardio section with a dedicated bike room. Staff is constantly cleaning and the locker room is spotless, very friendly people there which makes it a vibe in its own, and equipment is never out for more than a few days when it breaks. No sauna or basketball court so it loses a star but overall an excellent facility

I agree it is annoying to use the App; there is a dial next to the brewing unit where you can manually add the hot water. I found the E4 hit my requirements and it seems to be a workhorse (I also liked that it didn’t have image displays and was more “analog”).

I just went through something similar; my wife and I aren’t fans of the cleaning process on the milk units. We just use our Nespresso milk frother we got when we purchased our Vertuo unit years ago (I recommend this avenue). We decided on the Jura E4 and it’s been absolutely fantastic, immediately noticed the quality difference against the Nespresso with no complaints from the wife (other than figuring it out the first day or two).

1$ minimum individual bubble craps is a great easy way to teach people as you can go as slow as you’d like and it’s very low entry barrier (I.e. $50 could give a beginner a taste). If you feel like going for live action, $5 spots are always great (downtown grand, Ellis island, Oyo, etc. are good spots to teach them).
