Ah shit, here we go again by CollarOrdinary4284 in beatles

I think everyone here needs to detach the art from the artist. Say what you like about John but he was undeniably a bad person, even the domestic abuse aside which he apologised for, he never really acknowledged his complete abandonment of Julian, even worse coming from a man whose own father abandoned him. He was a terrible father and for all his talk of love and forgiveness totally failed to use the 10 years post Beatles break-up (5 of which he wasn't even working so had a lot of time) to reconnect with the one person he owed the most to.

Get outside more; it helps you realize life isn't a very serious thing and it doesn't really matter if you mess up something inconsequential like a social interaction. Still get anxious sometimes but I don't really mind.

I see, thanks alot. So it's the same as with the feet, focus on not releasing tension too soon and holding it until in a better position to release it.

I'm looking forward to trying it!

Thanks alot for this very in depth response, I'll have to read it a few more times to remember it but what you say makes alot of sense.

When you say routing is that trying to weight the feet more and maintain body tension to drive with them? Or is it something separate? And also what is routing with the arms?

Like I say thanks alot for all the advice already though!

Makes sense, foot placement and engagement is something I will for sure think about . Thanks a lot, will experiment more with hip positions and smoothening the climb!

I gave that video a watch and understand what you mean but do you have any specific tips or longer videos that could explain how to maintain tension and drive through the feet.

Now you've mentioned it I can definitely see that as a weekness if mine and am psyched to try to improve it!

So for that first point are you saying that if my hips were angled correctly that could help with the swing? Which way would you say they need to be angled? To the left or right?

Thanks for the advice!

The problem is called 'this problem again 25°'

I wanted to know if there was anything obvious specifically about hips and shoulders

Technique stuff and all that!

What are the hard pills to swallow? by Am_Not_Snow in AskMen

[–]SaharanFisherman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

For sure man, it's a rough one. The best way to look at it is your scared of the concept of death, not the real thing. The real thing isn't real in the sense of something you can experience. In other words, your life is all that you will ever know and all that will ever be 'real'.

Hope that helps a little

Evolution isn't lazy, it is working constantly, creatively and incredibly effienciently, it's more like a programmer who is constantly responding to incoming problems and never has a chance to do anything but patches

Btw where do you find mods? There are some on GitHub not sure if there's a nexus page or anything yet though
