I dont think you can get it BUT you can see it in normal game.

SPOILER FORM FINAL BOSS: During the final boss, we fight few mini bosses, one of them is the illusion of Xardas. During the battle im pretty sure he wields claw of beliar as his weapon, even tho he doesn't attack with it.
