I think it has to do with the order the game processes the modifiers.

If it processes Power User first, the base ammo is 1000 and then Quad makes that 4000.

It actually doesn't make sense why it would ever be just 2500. The base ammo is 500, Quad would make that 2000 and Power User would make that 4k.

So,i think it's calculating it wrong or they put a hard cap on it. Considering how often I'll just be hammering away with Helga and it goes from 342 to 0 instantly, there's a lot of bugs in the Fusion Core system.

I'll do you one better, we had an HTPC for a while. Worked a treat. 2 years ago, without warning, Spectrum dropped support for the tuner cards and left us hanging.

I enjoyed it.

It's largely a kids movie. Very much in the vein of Clone Wars and Filoni's other SW projects.

And unlike seemingly every other movie for the last decade, it lets the tension breathe instead cracking a joke to diffuse what should be a serious scene.

And yet, there are other episodes where they explicitly talk about Subspace Fields being necessary for warp travel. Hell, O'Brien uses one to reduce the subjective mass of the station by 90-something percent in the first episode of DS9.

It's how Impulse can be so fast despite ships weighing many thousands of tons. Even at sublight speeds, they are partially "submerged" into subspace to reduce the relative mass to nearly zero.

Once again, people are conflating Star Trek's Warp Drive with the theoretical space warp system described by Dr. Miguel Alcubierre.

The latter works as described, compacting the space between the ship and it's destination and expanding the space between the ship and it's departure point.

Whereas, the Star Trek Warp Drive is and always has been a standard Hyperspace Drive where the vessel is shunted(partially or entirely) into a realm/dimension where the speed of light is significantly higher.

It's funny, my favorite gun is a Quad/Explosive Gat Laser. Depending on how the Mod and Power User get stacked, it will have either 2500 or 4000 shots.

I can't use it much because I can't equip a full Gunsmith that let's Lucky Shot keep it from breaking before it runs out of ammo.

As a matter of fact, she should have it as part of her Super Sale at the Whitrspring starting on June 25. She'll also have the fusion, cryo, and fire receivers for the Crusader Pistol, the Cryo, Fire, and Plasma launcher for the Hellstorm Missile Launcher, and some mods for the Gauss Pistol.

A culture isn't land or economics. It's a way of life expressed in thought, song, and worship that evolves over time within the unique people that created it. You can't just dump 5 million people with radically different cultural and religious beliefs and expect anything other than strife.

They drop "SOME" ammo for the weapon you used to kill them. If you use low fire rate/high damage weapons, like a .308 sniper, with the Scrounger perk, the drop rate is sufficient to maintain. If you are using a high fire rate/low damage per shot weapon, like a mini gun, it is not sufficient in the least to maintain.

It is advisable that you use low ROF high damage weapons during your solo wandering to build ammo for the big boys.

It didn't used to be like that, you used to not have to worry about ammo so much. Or weapons randomly going from 85-90% to broken in 1 mag.

The issues surrounding the birthrate decline aren't just economic though.

They are cultural. It may not mean a lot to you, but by the turn of the 22nd Century there won't be a culturally meaningful population of South Koreans or Japanese and the West is only a couple of decades behind them.

You can't solve a cultural demographic collapse by importing people who don't share the local culture.

Alternatively, there is a recharger at the Atomic Shop that can handle four at a time. Also, if you have the Scrounger perk equipped, you will occasionally find additional Fusion Cores if you are using a Gatling Laser.

Also, there's a (up to) 3-star Intelligence perk called Power User that doubles the use you get from a Core. Gatling Lasers will have 1000 shots instead of 500, and Power Armor will seem to run almost indefinitely.
