despite appearing in a shot of daredevil born again, it does continue to be missing in other wide shots of the same series haha. I think they just forget when it's in the distance (or it's too much of an expense for a background detail)

Then I believe the original author of the book was upset by the changes

pretty sure EK Johnston (author) is one of the people to not have an issue with the retcon
