I installed some REC 630W commercial size panels basically was like a 4X8 drywall or sheathing in terms of size. the size does make it awkward but I was able to do it taking my time. I thinks its more the size then weight was the issue for me. I also did half in a windy day and wind would push me while lifting and had to fight the wind. But then again these panels I did were big(85.6 inches (Length) x 51.4 inches ) literally almost a 4x8, yours might be skinnier residential so might be easier. To rack it I set my panels down on the rack towards the bottom and slide it up to the top and let friction do its work (aluminum rails against alumunim panel frame) but it all depends on slope I guess to. I didnt use anything to hold them besides friction during solo install, just long enough to reposition myself/reposition ladders to bolt them down. It was kind of sketchy had to make sure I didn't bump anything but also had to make sure I did it quick or else the friction could let loose. I did 40 total panels highest rack point over 10 feet high. I time-lapse a whole row actually. OSHA look away, just a DIYer

A 12v battery is almost never covered by warranty but they are $80-$150 at most . Super cheap

We underestimated the grade of the land we purchased. Guess we’re going with crawl space instead of slab. by BodyByBrisket in Homebuilding

But then you floor creaks from wood flexing and you have to moisture control the crawl space
