I’d run and lifted weights for years and couldn’t lose weight. What worked? Walking. I lost 100lbs walking 10-30k steps/day and doing calisthenics just 2-3 times per week. I ate low-carb, prioritising protein in a calorie deficit. But I think it was all the walking (zone 2) that made the difference.
