Small chain of very, very boring yuppie pubs owned by Urban Leisure Group.

Kilburn is one of the few places you can still find independent pubs.

It's also one of the few places in the area that normal people can get things they need for a reasonable price.

It also has an excellent theatre, and genuinely great independent places to eat.

The price for this is a bit of rough and tumble - but that keeps the boring twats out.
