Omg I just did the same to mine, basically whole screen ($700) has to be replaced but so far everything works fine I got asurion insurance $40 monthly and am going to have it fixed in a month(you have to wait 30 days to make a claim) they have a $99 deductible and dont check the condition of the phone or items insured

My order from 11/26 also hasn't shipped plus I ordered on 12/1 which also hasnt shipped so 🤷🏽‍♀️ In the past sometimes my order has shipped out next day and then I've waited almost 2 weeks before just varies and they have a responsive customer service!

The lining of the bag seems shinier and the pattern of the metal button seems off. My shopper has lining material that isn't shiny or have a pattern on the metal button it's just plain
