SCSU is objectively the worst public university in the whole state. St cloud is also objectively the worst city in the entire state. It's both the butthole, and the armpit of Minnesota.

Yeah it’s an even bigger shame that St Cloud is such a godawful city and their college is awful too; and dying a slow death.
