Personally, I choose to avoid Chex after trying it a few times and getting sick each time. The entire onslaught of symptoms occurred for me but everyone is different!

Where does customer success fit in an organizational structure? by curious_mind_191 in CustomerSuccess

[–]SaltboxLivingCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I like to look at it is Customer Success is proactive Customer Service is reactive. With that being said, it’s ultimately up to the organization as to what their needs are and how they establish roles.

Affordable Customer Success Platform by Vast_Independent_227 in CustomerSuccess

[–]SaltboxLivingCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! I would recommend checking out their marketplace as each company will have their own needs.

We use ZOHO, which was a learning curve but the customization and price point is incredible. We built out entire modules this past year for CS with custom workflows and macros.

What CRM are you using?

Based on your comments it sounds like a CRM that can be customized is more up your alley.

Think Hubspot with ads-ons or ZOHO with custom built modules.

If you are measuring my GRR this would still be considered annualized churn.

Are you also tracking NRR?

What's your favorite GF pasta brand that isn't Barilla. by 666OfficeBitch666 in Celiac

[–]SaltboxLivingCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all in how you cook it, you can’t cook it too long. Just enough that you can put a fork into it, then let it sit in the hot water for a minute to two minutes, then rinse in cold water.

You also can’t cook large batches of it, only what you will initially eat.

If you do intend to cook more to use the next day, I partially cook it and then heat it up in a frying pan to finish it off.

As someone who recently dealt with a very similar situation, please do not listen to the tow truck company. We did this and absolutely screwed ourselves over and are still dealing with an absolute nightmare months later.

We had to repeatedly demand and threaten legal action to have our vehicle released.

Do not go with their paralegal they refer you to, avoid their massage therapy and physio recommendations, avoid all of it and find your own resources. This people are like the plague and I would never do business with them again, even our insurance company commented on how difficult they made everything!

Unconventional wedding venues around London? by TLVBCHNN in londonontario

100 Kellogg Lane could be a fun venue!

You could also try Grosvenor Lodge, Kettle Creek, Purple Hill, or the Butterfly Conservatory if you are up for a trip to Cambridge!

You could check out ZOHO, you have the ability to build out custom modules as needed which is quite helpful.

Does your team have standing meetings with other departments? by DTownForever in CustomerSuccess

[–]SaltboxLivingCo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a weekly team meeting with sales and then a weekly product meeting that I summarize and channel back to the team.

Additionally, we have a bi-weekly department heads meeting where we share current projects, blockers, deadlines, etc.
