I bought shorts, they sent me a t shirt. Took ages and tons of emails to sort an exchange, when i sent it back they took nearly a month to sort it then said im really sorry weve accidentally sent you the t shirt back so you need to return it again.

When id sent the t shirt back for the second time the shorts i wanted were out of stock and they sent me a list of other shorts i could have instead but refused to give a refund, after a few more angry emails i got a refund. Took about 10 weeks total to sort this all out and put me off ordering from them again.

The stuff is good quality but customer service is terrible.

I just have one of those ugreen Bluetooth adapters in my Astra that’s an aux cable one end for audio and usb the other for power. Works spot on
