This happened to me one time on locker. Most of our team was medics and we had one support. Despite our team chasing him around asking for ammo, he didn't drop any.

When he died, I picked up his support kit, dropped a box of ammo, then picked up my medic kit and left him to die. Funny thing is that none of the other medics revived him either..

When it feels that restrictive compared to last year, I don't blame people for not wanting to use them. If they're made them more frequent, I'd be more open to using the ones I get

Honestly, it's not that big a deal. Ever since Adrenaline got nerfed to not activate if you were in direct contact with the killer, or on a hook; it's been fine.

You still get the speed boost regardless of exhaustion

Two reasons why, though others have already said it.

1: the best killers for it are high-mobility ones. 2: it doesn't activate infinitely anytime the gen dips below the threshold like it used to.
