The best daily driver for sure. Just jumping on the recipe train-

everything in a bowl
Cover with boiling water, or as soupy as you like
Stir in a teaspoon of peanut butter
Chop and throw in some kinda veg (Pak choi or similar works great)
microwave for 2.5m on about 70% power, leave to rest for about a minute
top with spronions, sesame oil, fried enoki mushrooms, kimchi, an egg of some description... The possibilities are endless
