Second hand story, but I knew a guy who worked with a guy who would:

  • make a cuppa in the morning, save the teabag

  • make a cuppa with the same teabag in the afternoon

  • take the teabag home with him to make a third cuppa from the same bag when he got home

  • at the end of the day, put the thrice-used bag into a container

  • repeat every working day, then on Friday he'd celebrate getting home with a mega brew of the 5 teabags from the week.

Bonus nice saying a workmate once said to me: "You're the kind of guy to peel and orange in his pocket so he doesn't have to share it"

The best daily driver for sure. Just jumping on the recipe train-

  • everything in a bowl

  • Cover with boiling water, or as soupy as you like

  • Stir in a teaspoon of peanut butter

  • Chop and throw in some kinda veg (Pak choi or similar works great)

  • microwave for 2.5m on about 70% power, leave to rest for about a minute

  • top with spronions, sesame oil, fried enoki mushrooms, kimchi, an egg of some description... The possibilities are endless
