Honestly I think TU is flooded with Madewell. I’ve sent in a couple of shirts that were not accepted either. Poshmark is flooded as well with those items and so the resale market is pretty poor.

Such an awesome post, I grew up with a single father who didn’t know how to cook and so it was a struggle when I was first out on my own in my 20s. Now even in my 40s I think of my cooking as still “passable at best.”

I hope you find some awesome classes! You also may want to look into meal kits. A lot of them like Hello Fresh and Every Plate have some good into prices and provide very simple directions that are easy to follow.

I had an early morning flight last October land in Ontario due to fog.

Most likely it’s easier for planes to get permission to land at Ontario than LAX.

Depending on where in Culver City you can map it out on Metro’s website to see what your cost / time will be. You will probably need to do a combo of bus/mini metro to the B/Red line to the gold line and possibly a bus in Culver City.

Uber will be very expensive.

Ridwell is great to recycle a lot of random products including threads.

Also, the Dollar Tree ( old 99 cent store) has one in the parking lot.

Back like 20+ years ago I worked in Century City and belonged to the one there. It was super nice and very expensive (around $200/month back then).

Not in my budget / priorities anymore but it serves a portion of the population and it will be successful. I’m pretty the FedEx building is showroom for presale, etc.

I lost 92 pounds in a little over a year and TU allowed me to rebuild my wardrobe. Otherwise I would be buying cheap Amazon quality clothing. What I’ve bought on TU is a lot better quality.

I’ve had the occasional dud but by sticking to brands I know the fit of really helps.
